I only collect what I need to reply to you and build your site. I don't sell it, share it for marketing or add you to a mailing list.
Who I am
Sites by Leo is run by Leo, a sole trader in Sydney NSW (ABN 50 125 744 601). If you have a question about your details, email enquiries@sitesbyleo.com.au.
What I collect
- When you send an enquiry: your name, business name, email, suburb, and anything else you choose to add (phone number, website or Instagram link, a message).
- When you email me: whatever is in your email.
- When you become a client: the details needed to build and run your site and send invoices, like your business details, content and photos you give me permission to use.
How I use it
To reply to you, make your mockup, build and look after your website, and send invoices. That's it. I won't add you to a newsletter or pass your details to anyone to market to you.
Where it goes
- Enquiries are sent through Cloudflare (which hosts this site) and arrive in my email inbox. The form service keeps only a count of enquiries, not their contents.
- The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam bots. It checks your browser, not who you are.
- This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It doesn't use cookies or track you across other websites.
- Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, and the sample designs load photos from Unsplash. Like any website, those services can see your IP address when the files load.
How long I keep it
Enquiries stay in my email so I can follow up. If you don't go ahead and you'd like your details deleted, just ask. Client records and invoices are kept for as long as the tax office requires (usually five years).
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details I hold about you at any time by emailing enquiries@sitesbyleo.com.au. I'll reply within a few business days.
